Canada Off the Deep-End, America is Next

In a report by Reuters dated Friday June 8, 2012, it is announced that a 63-year-old grandmother will go to court and may be treated as a criminal for protesting- peacefully- outside a Toronto abortion clinic.

Linda Gibbons, who had an abortion in 1970 before realizing it was wrong, has spent 10 out of the last 18 years in jail for protesting outside multiple Toronto clinics in defiance of what was supposed to be a temporary injunction in 1994.  The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that the current case pending against her (Linda Dale Gibbons v. Her Majesty the Queen, #33813,) stemming from an arrest outside the Scott abortion clinic in 2008, can go on.  Ms. Gibbons argues that the police are “abusing the process” for continuing to use an 18-year-old temporary restraining order.  She is currently in prison for yet another “bubble-zone” violation.

Canada has no abortion law, and Prime Minister Stephen Harper (a conservative if you can believe it) is refusing to reopen the issue.

Maria Corsillo, the manager of the Scott clinic, erroneously refers to abortion as “health care.”  It is certainly not “care” for the unborn children being mutilated and sucked out of what is supposed to be the safest place on Earth and the only home they have ever known.  These babies are already practicing breathing within the amniotic fluid cushioning them.  Physicians already perform life-saving surgeries on babies in the womb to correct neural-tube defects, obstructions, hernias, and several other conditions.  These surgeries are performed at fetal gestations during which many women consider and obtain abortions.  So, who is defining whether or not these babies are living yet?

Live Action Continues to Uncover Sex-Selective Abortions

I previously wrote about an undercover investigation of sex-selective abortion in Texas.  Now, Live Action has released another video that revealed two clinics in Arizona aiding women to obtain such “services,” although sex-selective abortion is a felony in Arizona.

At Camelback Family Planning in Phoenix and Tucson Women's Center in Tucson, abortion workers facilitated the cover-up after hearing the woman specifically request a sex-selective abortion.

The woman tells a counselor named Barb at the Camelback clinic that she already has a girl and wants to try for a boy.  Barb advises, “Don’t tell us that, because we don’t want to know.” Referring to the clinic’s abortion doctor, Gabrielle Goodrick, Barb said, “You can tell her, she’s gonna tell you the same thing, just: Don’t let it be down! She’s really good about that. You’ll like that about her.”¹

Surgical assistant Francisco, at the Tucson clinic, tells the woman, “We could lose our license,” but then said “I’ll just forget about it…but just be sure not to mention it” to the abortion doctor.²

Live Action has sent the full footage from the Arizona clinics to the state Attorney General, Tom Horne, and to local law enforcement.³

Live Action president Lila Rose urges: “Sex-selective abortion is a global search-and-destroy mission against little girls that is spreading at an alarming rate. While we wait for Congress to pass the Prenatal Non-Discrimination Act to ban sex-selective abortion in the U.S., state authorities should vigorously enforce Arizona’s law. The clinics supporting sex-selective abortion should be investigated, prosecuted, defunded, and delicensed immediately.”⁴

On May 31, Live Action released another video of a Planned Parenthood worker at the Margaret Sanger clinic in New York City advising a woman to have either an amniocentesis or a CVS test (chorionic villus sampling) to determine the sex earlier than a standard ultrasound.⁵

Gendercide Comes to America?!

The dirty little secret of sex-selective abortion within the United States is exposed in a shocking new undercover video released today by Live Action.

Live Action is a youth led movement dedicated to building a culture of life and ending the human rights abuse of abortion. They use new media to educate the public about the humanity of the unborn and investigative journalism to expose threats against the vulnerable and defenseless.¹ The video is first in a new series titled "Gendercide: Sex-Selection in America," exposing the practice of sex-selective abortion in the United States and how Planned Parenthood and the rest of the abortion industry facilitate the selective elimination of baby girls in the womb.²

In the video, taken on April 10, 2012, an undercover member of Live Action went into the Planned Parenthood in South Austin (TX) and proceeded to engage a “counselor” in a conversation regarding the best way to determine the sex of the baby she was carrying so that she may terminate if it was a girl.  They discussed how sex is usually determined by ultrasound at about five months gestation, how the brain was already developed at that point, which physicians would be least likely to object if they knew she may obtain an abortion based on the sex of the baby, and even how to scam the Medicaid system to pay for her ultrasound, even though she planned to use the knowledge for an abortion.

"The search-and-destroy targeting of baby girls through prenatal testing and abortion is a pandemic that is spreading across the globe," notes Lila Rose, founder and president of Live Action. "Research proves that sex-selective abortion has now come to America. The abortion industry, led by Planned Parenthood, is a willing participant."³

"Planned Parenthood and their ruthless abortion-first mentality is the real 'war on women'," says Rose. "Sex-selective abortion is gender discrimination with lethal consequences for little girls."⁴

On Wednesday, Congress will debate the Prenatal Non-Discrimination Act (PRENDA), which would ban sex-selective abortions nationally.

Angel Talks Mother out of Killing Child in Abortion Clinic - AMAZING True Story

I was only 17 1/2 years when I first became pregnant. All of my friends, my mom, and my boyfriend wanted me to have an abortion. I really didn't want to, but everyone kept telling me it was the only logical thing to do. So I went out, got emergency “Medi-Cal”, and made an appointment with an abortion doctor. He told me that I was so far along, and that the baby was so big, I'd have to have a saline abortion. (That's where they inject the placenta with saline and kill the unborn baby before they can vacuum it out. Often times they have to dismember the baby to get it out of the birth canal.) I made my appointment to have the abortion and left.

A few weeks later I was in the same office waiting to be called back into the operating room to have my abortion. I was sitting right up front next to the reception window. There was a row of people to my left waiting in the same room with me. A woman opened the door to the clinic, walked past the whole row of people to my left and walked right up to me. She was pushing a stroller and turned the stroller around so that the beautiful baby in the stroller would face me. The lady looked at me and asked me: "Is this where I come to get my baby her vaccinations?" I looked back at her and said: "Lady - have you got the wrong building, they don't care for babies here, they take their lives." To which she gave me a gruesome look and left. I walked to the receptionist and cancelled my appointment, and ran out after the woman. When I got outside she was nowhere in sight. I looked up and down both sides of the street but she was nowhere, she just vanished. There was no parking on that street so she couldn't have gotten in a car, and no other offices or buildings she could have walked into.

Anyway I got onto a bus and went home. My mom and my friends were ashamed of me, and told me I was stupid. But April 16 the following year I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I thank GOD in heaven for sending that lady into the abortion clinic that day. People I've told this story to have assumed the lady and her baby were Angels. That's what I think too. I'm just so grateful that I never had that abortion.
